Sorry I’ve been MIA, friends. I’m determined to have a completed first draft of my newest book by the end of the month, and I just decided to switch from one main character to two, so now I not only have to finish writing the plot, but I have to go back to revise the 60k words I’ve already written to incorporate the new point of view scenes. So…. I’m pretty busy.
I think this change will really strengthen the story, though, and I can’t wait to see how it all comes together! My biggest challenge right now is reminding myself to just get the words down on the page. I can revise crummy scenes, but I can’t revise scenes I haven’t written.
